What was life like before bariatric surgery?
I was a long time sufferer of Crohn’s desease, diabetes, and thyroid issues. I was exhausted all the time, didn’t fit in to rides at amusement parks, and was not living a quality of life I wanted with my two kids.

If you put off the decision to come in for a long time, why was that? What kept you from booking a consultation?
For 5 years I considered weight loss surgery. I did my research on the types, on the surgeon, and what my life would be like.

What was it like to work with the team, from the start of your journey to today?
It was a dream working with the team. Kind, considerate, easy to work with staff. Dr. Bleu really takes him time with every patient.

What is your life like now? What’s the #1 thing you love being able to do now?
I am smaller than I have been in over 20 years. I am active, loving life, and enjoying having fun with my kids.
