Meet Alicia

I have struggled with my weight for so many years. It was a roller coaster of weight loss/gain as I tried pretty much everything out there. My weight controlled every aspect of my life. I hadn’t been happy or loved myself for so long. I also felt like food controlled me … whether it was overeating, counting calories/fat/macro, weighing and measuring food, doing crazy, strict diets, etc. I now feel like have my life back … I am confident, happy, and love myself again. My weight no longer controls my life. And I feel freed from being controlled by food. I used to live to eat and now I eat to live which is such a huge change. I love shopping and can’t believe I’m wearing the sizes I am. This was a very big decision and I could not be happier that I made it. It was worth every single penny. I absolutely love Dr. Schniederjan and his staff. They have helped make this journey amazing. My only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago!
