What was life like before bariatric surgery?
The simple things in life were a struggle – like tying my shoes putting on my socks or shoes. My blood sugar was out of control no matter how much medicine I was on.

If you put off the decision to come in for a long time, why was that? What kept you from booking a consultation?
I was considering this for about three years before making the decision.
